Services provided include this website, an occasional newsletter, and adult ADHD Coaching. Coaching is provided on a monthly basis and is by telephone. Andrew Lewis operates as a VAT registered Sole Trader.
Coaching services are paid for in advance monthly by credit or debit card with a recurring Stripe subscription payment. Clients are sent the next month's dates in advance and have the opportunity to rearrange sessions at this point due to other commitments. At that point, the coaching time slots are committed and sessions within the month cannot be rearranged or refunded. Andrew may be able to find a slot so do ask but this is not guaranteed.
You may stop coaching by email or in discussion with Andrew before the next month begins. Coaching sessions will continue until the end of the pre-paid month and monthly coaching payments will be cancelled. Please ensure you give at least a week’s notice so we can arrange for another client to take your time slot. Please contact us by email if you have any questions regarding this or any other policy.
