We are often on the quest for some amazing turn-around strategy that will fix our poor ADHD planning, diary, bedtimes and punctuality. We think the new to-do list app we have found will finally fix everything. It may help get us organised but it won’t work unless we match the tool with the way we operate. We have to create a routine and rewards so we stay with the tool, not drift off track.
