ADHD is a problem due to dopamine and attention, a strength of creativity and humour, and a different personality type that doesn’t fit into an over-regulated environment. ADHD kids may have problems with friends, school, sleep, and attention but they can also be funny, kind, insightful and wonderful too. There are some excellent books here to read and find effective ways of helping you ADHD child be happy and successful.

The key is not to try to force them to be normal but to understand, accept and embrace their ADHD nature.
